Section 504/ADA

In accordance with the provisions of Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, the University strives to assure not only nondiscrimination but full participation of individuals with disabilities in all aspects of University life. The Center for Learning, Access, and Student Success coordinates accommodations for students with disabilities, and Human Resources coordinates accommodations for employees with disabilities. The staff in the Title IX Office are responsible for managing allegations of disability discrimination among students, staff, and faculty. The Title IX Coordinator serves as the University’s Section 504/ADA Coordinator.

Any member of the Wake Forest University community who believes that they have been excluded from any educational program or service on the basis of a disability should contact the Section 504/ADA Coordinator.
